Responsibilities
- Architect & Train: Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) and transformer architectures.
- Research Leadership: Lead internal research initiatives focused on scalability, efficiency, and ethical AI for the 2026 roadmap.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional engineering and product teams to translate theoretical research into production-ready code.
- Patent Generation: Drive innovation by filing patents for novel algorithms and computational methodologies.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior researchers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Optimization: Optimize model inference speeds and reduce computational costs for cloud deployment.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Technical Expertise: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face ecosystems.
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in AI/ML research or a similar technical role.
- Mathematics: Strong foundation in Linear Algebra, Calculus, and Statistics.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to present complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
