Responsibilities

- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the technical roadmap for the 2026 product suite, ensuring scalability and long-term viability of AI models.
- Prototype Development: Build and iterate on proof-of-concept models to validate new technologies before full-scale production deployment.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineering teams to translate research findings into production-ready software.
- Mentorship: Guide junior researchers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize model accuracy, latency, and resource efficiency to meet enterprise-grade standards.
- Ethical AI Oversight: Ensure all research adheres to strict ethical guidelines and bias mitigation protocols.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in AI research, machine learning engineering, or a similar technical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Deployment: Experience with MLOps, model serving, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle unstructured problems and derive insights from large datasets.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
