Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI and quantum computing architectures aligned with 2026 technological standards.
- Lead the research and integration of emerging technologies, including neuromorphic computing and advanced neural networks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate complex requirements into technical blueprints.
- Optimize existing systems for speed, efficiency, and energy consumption in cloud and edge environments.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Ensure all systems adhere to rigorous security, privacy, and regulatory compliance standards.
- Define technical roadmaps and make critical architectural decisions to drive product evolution.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in high-level systems architecture.
- Proven expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Strong understanding of Quantum Computing principles and quantum algorithms (Qiskit, Cirq experience is a plus).
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related STEM field.
- Experience designing distributed systems and microservices architectures.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
