Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, fault-tolerant quantum-classical hybrid systems for enterprise applications.
- Develop and optimize quantum algorithms for specific business use cases, ensuring high fidelity and low error rates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of physicists, data scientists, and software engineers to define technical roadmaps.
- Implement best practices for quantum error correction and noise mitigation strategies.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in quantum hardware and AI methodologies to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in software architecture, machine learning, or high-performance computing.
- Hands-on experience with quantum computing frameworks such as Qiskit, Cirq, or PyQuil.
- Proficiency in Python and C++ with a deep understanding of parallel computing and GPU acceleration.
- Strong knowledge of classical machine learning algorithms and their application in quantum contexts.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, experimental environment.
