Responsibilities
- Architect, train, and deploy advanced machine learning and deep learning models at scale.
- Collaborate with data scientists and product managers to define AI product requirements and roadmap.
- Optimize model inference performance and ensure real-time responsiveness.
- Research and implement novel algorithms to improve model accuracy and efficiency.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high technical standards.
- Establish best practices for data privacy, security, and ethical AI usage.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering or research.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and transformer architectures.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts.
