Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines designed for 2026-scale data volumes.
- Research, fine-tune, and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) for specific enterprise applications.
- Implement advanced MLOps practices, including automated CI/CD for model training and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI agents into complex software ecosystems.
- Drive innovation in optimization techniques, reducing inference latency for edge and cloud environments.
- Establish and mentor best practices for ethical AI, data privacy, and model governance.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on NLP and Generative AI.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of Transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and reinforcement learning.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex research papers into production code.
