Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and end-to-end model architectures.
- Conduct cutting-edge research to improve model accuracy, efficiency, and robustness.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and software engineers to integrate AI features into production applications.
- Optimize existing models for inference speed and reduce computational costs.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (PhD is a plus).
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering or machine learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX).
- Deep understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and transformer architectures.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
