Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy advanced machine learning models using Python and PyTorch.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Research) to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize existing ML pipelines for scalability and efficiency in a production environment.
- Conduct rigorous data analysis and A/B testing to validate model performance.
- Stay at the forefront of AI research and implement state-of-the-art techniques.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical culture of 2026 Labs.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Natural Language Processing.
- Proficiency in Python (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering best practices.
- Experience with MLOps tools and version control systems (Git, Docker).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
