Responsibilities
- Design, architect, and implement scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure capable of processing petabytes of data.
- Lead R&D initiatives focusing on Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and future-proofing our technology stack for the 2026 era.
- Define and communicate technical vision and roadmaps to cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Mentor and develop senior engineering talent, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with data scientists and product managers to translate complex research into deployable, production-ready solutions.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture and system design.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern deep learning frameworks.
- Strong background in distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Experience with MLOps, data pipelines, and model versioning (MLflow).
