Responsibilities

- Code Review & Standards: Enforce rigorous code quality standards and architectural patterns across the organization.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior AI/ML architecture role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, C++, and TensorFlow/PyTorch. Familiarity with quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) is a major plus.
- Cloud Mastery: Proven experience architecting scalable systems on AWS or Google Cloud Platform.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead high-performance engineering teams through complex technical challenges.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
