Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable, fault-tolerant Machine Learning pipelines designed for high-throughput environments.
- Lead the research and implementation of Agentic AI workflows and Large Language Model (LLM) optimization strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into legacy infrastructure, ensuring seamless transitions.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model explainability, and ethical AI deployment.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specializing in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and Rust, with proven experience in building high-performance computing systems.
- Hands-on experience with major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of neural network architectures, including Transformers and diffusion models.
- Experience with MLOps tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, or SageMaker.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
