Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI/ML models for real-world production environments.
- Lead architectural decisions for high-performance computing clusters and distributed systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, DevOps, Product) to integrate AI solutions into core products.
- Optimize existing algorithms for latency, throughput, and computational efficiency.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish coding best practices within the AI team.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in Deep Learning and Generative AI to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning Engineering and System Design.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and CUDA.
- Strong background in distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Proven track record of deploying complex ML models at scale in a high-availability environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
