Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and create high-fidelity 2D animations and motion graphics for web, mobile, and video content.
- Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers and developers to ensure seamless integration of motion assets.
- Develop character rigs and storyboards to visualize complex concepts before production.
- Optimize animation sequences for performance and scalability across various devices.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in 2D design, exploring new tools and techniques to push creative boundaries.
- Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to junior designers within the creative department.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in 2D animation, motion graphics, or graphic design.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Cinema 4D.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating advanced understanding of timing, spacing, and character acting.
- Experience with vector-based animation tools (e.g., Adobe Animate/Flash) is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate creative vision to non-creative stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
