The Role:
As the 2026 Strategy Lead, you will own the technical roadmap for our upcoming product cycles. You will collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineering leads to translate strategic goals into actionable technical architectures.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap: Define and oversee the execution of the 2026 technology roadmap, identifying key trends in Generative AI and Machine Learning.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, secure, and robust AI system architectures that align with long-term business objectives.
- Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership to drive buy-in.
- R&D Leadership: Lead Proof of Concept (PoC) initiatives for emerging AI technologies relevant to the 2026 vision.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze system performance and optimize AI models for speed, accuracy, and cost-efficiency.
- Compliance: Ensure all AI implementations adhere to ethical guidelines, data privacy laws, and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of defining successful long-term technical strategies and roadmaps.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate technical vision and strategy to diverse audiences.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications: Relevant AI or Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect) are a plus.
