Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning AI initiatives with business goals.
- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance AI systems that integrate seamlessly into existing workflows.
- Lead a team of engineers and data scientists to prototype and deploy next-gen AI solutions.
- Evaluate emerging technologies (GenAI, Quantum Computing, Edge AI) to ensure our infrastructure remains future-proof.
- Collaborate with C-level executives to translate complex technical strategies into actionable business plans.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to modern cloud-native architectures.
- Establish best practices for AI ethics, governance, and compliance.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in AI/ML system design.
- Proven track record of leading strategic technology transformations and long-term roadmaps.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and large language models.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in high-growth startups or enterprise-level environments.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field preferred.
