Responsibilities
- Safely transport students to/from school and field trips
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections
- Maintain accurate attendance records
- Enforce student safety protocols
- Communicate professionally with parents/staff
- Adhere to strict traffic laws and schedules
- Report maintenance issues promptly
- Assist students with mobility needs
Qualifications
- Valid California Class B CDL (or willingness to obtain)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Minimum 1 year driving experience
- Child CPR/First Aid certification (provided)
- Excellent communication skills
- Patience and love for working with children
- Ability to lift 25 lbs occasionally
- Reliable transportation to depot
