Responsibilities
- Safely transport students to/from school and extracurricular activities
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and maintain daily logs
- Enforce safety protocols and manage student conduct on buses
- Communicate effectively with parents, school staff, and dispatch
- Adhere to strict schedules and traffic regulations
- Complete required training and certification programs
Qualifications
- Valid Colorado Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with School Bus endorsement
- Pass federal background check and DOT physical
- Minimum 2 years driving experience preferred
- Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist students with mobility
- Commitment to student safety and punctuality
