Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver products to commercial and residential locations across San Jose
- Optimize daily routes using GPS technology to maximize efficiency and minimize delivery times
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures for proof of service
- Perform pre-trip inspections and report vehicle maintenance needs promptly
- Load/unload merchandise with proper handling techniques to prevent damage
- Represent the company professionally while interacting with clients and resolving delivery issues
Qualifications
- Valid California Class C driver's license with clean driving record (no more than 2 minor violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience or equivalent delivery background
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Proficiency with smartphone navigation apps and basic technology systems
- Strong time management skills and ability to adhere to strict delivery schedules
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
- Pass background check and drug screening as per company policy
