Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver products on scheduled routes throughout Fort Worth and surrounding areas
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain proper signatures for all shipments
- Load/unload merchandise efficiently using pallet jacks and manual lifting (up to 50 lbs)
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and report vehicle maintenance needs promptly
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries and resolve delivery issues
- Adhere to DOT regulations and company safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with dispatch team to optimize route efficiency and on-time performance
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years of commercial driving experience with route delivery background
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and operate pallet jacks/forklifts (certification a plus)
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet strict delivery deadlines
- Excellent customer service communication abilities
- Proficient with GPS navigation and basic mobile technology
- Pass background check and drug screening (company policy)
- Must be 21+ years old with valid Texas driver's license
