Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles and navigate Austin metropolitan routes efficiently
- Load/unload products with proper handling techniques and maintain inventory accuracy
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries and resolve inquiries promptly
- Complete daily route documentation, mileage logs, and delivery confirmations
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Adhere to DOT regulations and company safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with dispatch team to optimize route efficiency
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience with clean MVR
- Familiarity with Austin roadways and GPS navigation systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and work in varying weather conditions
- Strong time management skills and punctuality record
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic math skills for delivery documentation
