Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver products to commercial and residential clients
- Plan and optimize daily routes using GPS navigation systems to ensure timely deliveries
- Load/unload merchandise with proper handling techniques to prevent damage
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures
- Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years of professional driving experience
- Clean driving record with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and operate manual equipment
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of GPS navigation and delivery tracking systems
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
