Responsibilities
- Provide safe, timely transportation to riders using your personal vehicle
- Maintain excellent customer service throughout all rides
- Follow all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Optimize routes to maximize efficiency and rider satisfaction
- Complete trips using the app while maintaining vehicle cleanliness
- Report maintenance issues and vehicle conditions promptly
- Track earnings and submit required documentation
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Smartphone with reliable data connection
- Must own a 4-door vehicle (2010 or newer)
- Pass background and vehicle inspection
- Strong navigation skills and knowledge of Milwaukee area
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Minimum 21 years of age
