Responsibilities
- Drive passengers to their destinations safely and efficiently within the Phoenix metropolitan area.
- Utilize the provided mobile application to accept ride requests, navigate routes, and manage payments.
- Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the provided vehicle before, during, and after shifts.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting passengers with luggage and answering questions about the city.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies at all times.
- Complete daily vehicle inspections to ensure equipment readiness.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and passengers regarding any delays or changes in route.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License issued in the United States.
- Minimum of 1 year of driving experience (preferred but not always required).
- Clean driving record with no major traffic violations or DUIs.
- Ownership of a smartphone (iPhone or Android) with a reliable data plan.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
