Responsibilities
- Safely transport passengers to requested destinations while adhering to all traffic laws
- Maintain exceptional cleanliness and presentation of your vehicle at all times
- Utilize GPS navigation apps to optimize routes and ensure timely arrivals
- Provide outstanding customer service through friendly interactions and professional conduct
- Complete all trip requests accurately through the rideshare platform
- Report vehicle maintenance issues promptly to ensure operational safety
- Track and report mileage and earnings accurately for payment processing
Qualifications
- Valid Virginia driver's license with at least 2 years of clean driving record
- Reliable vehicle model year 2010 or newer in excellent condition
- Smartphone proficiency with ability to use rideshare applications
- Pass comprehensive background check and vehicle inspection
- Strong knowledge of Richmond area roads and landmarks
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent communication skills and professional appearance
- Must own a smartphone with data plan
