Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of quantum algorithm development experience
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum computing or quantum information theory
- Deep understanding of quantum entanglement and superposition principles
- Experience with quantum hardware integration (superconducting, trapped ions)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to visualize complex quantum systems
