- Manage $5M+ research budget with DARPA/NSF grant coordination
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum machine learning

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics/Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years quantum algorithm development at IBM/Google/Rigetti
- Published in Physical Review X or Nature Quantum Information
- Expertise in Qiskit/Cirq with 100+ GitHub contributions
- Top-secret clearance or ability to obtain
- Fluency in quantum error correction theory
- Proven track record of commercializing quantum research
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems
