Responsibilities
- Design and optimize quantum algorithms for NISQ-era hardware
- Develop error mitigation protocols for 1000+ qubit systems
- Collaborate with cryptographers on post-quantum security frameworks
- Simulate quantum circuits using Qiskit/Cirq frameworks
- Lead hardware-software integration for quantum processors
- Publish research in top-tier quantum computing journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics/Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Quil, or PyQuil)
- Experience with superconducting or ion-trap quantum hardware
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum information theory
- Publication record in quantum computing or related fields
- Expertise in machine learning for quantum error correction
