Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum error correction and topological qubit manipulation
- Proven track record of publishing in Nature/Science journals
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization
- Deep understanding of post-quantum cryptography standards (NIST PQ-Crypto)
- Experience leading $10M+ quantum computing infrastructure projects
- Ability to translate complex quantum concepts for executive stakeholders
