Responsibilities

- Design fault-tolerant quantum circuits with <0.1% error thresholds
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical frameworks for real-world industrial applications
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and software developers
- Secure patents for proprietary quantum computing methodologies
- Present breakthrough findings at IEEE Quantum Week and Nature Quantum conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm development with demonstrated scalability
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum programming frameworks
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum error correction
- Proficiency in high-performance computing environments (HPC/Cloud)
- Experience leading technical teams through full development lifecycles
- Certification in quantum hardware architecture (e.g., Rigetti, IBM)
