Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise-scale applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for optimization and machine learning
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing quantum solutions in finance, healthcare, and logistics
- Establish security protocols for quantum-resistant cryptography systems
- Drive quantum software stack development using Qiskit, Cirq, and proprietary frameworks
- Author technical white papers and contribute to open-source quantum initiatives
- Mentor junior researchers and foster innovation within the quantum ecosystem
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant circuit design
- Proven track record publishing in Nature/Science journals or equivalent
- Mastery of quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Quil)
- Deep understanding of quantum machine learning algorithms
- Experience with cryogenic quantum hardware integration
