Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum algorithms for cryptography, optimization, and machine learning applications
- Lead quantum hardware-software integration projects with 100+ qubit systems
- Develop error-correction frameworks achieving fault-tolerant quantum computing
- Collaborate with MIT/Caltech partners on quantum supremacy milestones
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing ecosystems for Fortune 500 clients
- Secure patents for novel quantum methodologies with 15+ annual filings
- Mentor PhD candidates in our Quantum Accelerator Program
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or Computational Mathematics
- 5+ years experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum algorithms
- Expertise in quantum error correction and topological qubit architectures
- Proficiency in high-performance computing environments (HPC, GPU clusters)
- Track record of commercializing quantum technologies
- Security clearance eligibility for government quantum initiatives
