Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise-level applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum algorithms and error correction protocols
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize quantum processor performance
- Develop secure quantum communication systems resistant to future cryptographic threats
- Create roadmaps for quantum computing integration into existing IT infrastructure
- Conduct research on quantum supremacy applications in finance, healthcare, and AI
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and establish best practices for quantum software development
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years of experience
- Proven expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum algorithm development
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant computing principles
- Strong programming skills in Python, Qiskit, or equivalent quantum frameworks
