Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for AI acceleration and optimization

- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to identify and solve high-impact scientific challenges
- Publish findings in peer-reviewed journals and present at international conferences
- Contribute to patent development for proprietary quantum AI methodologies
- Maintain awareness of emerging quantum hardware capabilities and software tools
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Computer Science, Physics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in quantum algorithm development or quantum machine learning
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Strong background in advanced mathematics (linear algebra, probability, optimization)
- Track record of publishing high-impact research in quantum/AI domains
- Experience with cloud quantum computing platforms (IBM Quantum, AWS Braket)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work with ambiguous technical challenges
