Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-classical hybrid algorithms for real-time data processing
- Lead integration of quantum machine learning models into existing AI frameworks
- Develop error-correction protocols for quantum neural networks
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across quantum physics, AI, and cybersecurity domains
- Research and prototype novel quantum AI applications for 2026 commercial deployment
- Optimize quantum circuit performance for enterprise-scale workloads
- Author whitepapers and technical documentation for patent applications
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with 5+ years experience)
- Proven expertise in quantum algorithms (QAOA, VQE, Grover's) and error mitigation
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Cirq, Qiskit)
- Experience deploying AI models on quantum hardware (IBM, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Strong background in machine learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) with 3+ years
- Published research in quantum machine learning or top-tier conferences
- Security clearance eligibility for federal quantum infrastructure projects
