Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver packages and goods across Charlotte metro area
- Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation using digital tracking systems
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient service
- Collaborate with warehouse team for proper loading/unloading procedures
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid North Carolina driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Minimum 1 year professional delivery or commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate in various weather conditions
- Strong knowledge of Charlotte metropolitan area roadways
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
