Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for the 2026 product line, focusing on scalable neural network architectures and quantum-ready hardware integration.
- Lead cross-functional teams (Software, Hardware, and Design) to deliver high-fidelity prototypes and production-ready solutions.
- Conduct deep technical research to identify emerging trends in AI, Machine Learning, and Edge Computing.
- Architect robust, fault-tolerant systems capable of processing petabytes of real-time data streams.
- Mentor senior engineers and establish best practices for code quality, security, and scalability.
- Act as the primary technical liaison for stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into strategic business value.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in high-scale systems or AI infrastructure.
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams through the full product lifecycle from conception to market launch.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and Rust, with experience in quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) or advanced AI libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Strong understanding of system design principles, distributed computing, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence technical strategy at the executive level.
