Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of next-generation neural-symbolic AI systems targeting the 2026 market release.
- Define and drive the technical strategy for integrating quantum-ready algorithms into current AI workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate research into production-ready features.
- Oversee the deployment of Large Language Models (LLMs) with optimized latency and minimal resource consumption.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and ensure adherence to security and scalability best practices.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI, including embodied AI and autonomous agents.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in designing scalable software architectures, with a focus on AI and Machine Learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact projects from conception to deployment.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with quantum computing libraries or simulation environments is a major plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
