Responsibilities
- Safely transport passengers throughout Saint Paul and surrounding areas
- Maintain clean, well-maintained vehicles per company standards
- Provide excellent customer service with friendly, professional interactions
- Optimize routes using GPS navigation to maximize efficiency
- Complete accurate trip documentation and payment processing
- Monitor vehicle maintenance and report concerns promptly
- Adhere to all traffic laws and MetroRide safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid US driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Minimum 25 years of age
- Smartphone with reliable data connection
- Ability to pass background check and vehicle inspection
- Strong knowledge of Saint Paul metropolitan area
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
