Responsibilities
- Transport passengers safely and efficiently using the GoRide mobile app
- Maintain a clean, well-maintained vehicle meeting all safety standards
- Provide exceptional customer service with friendly and professional interactions
- Optimize routes using GPS navigation to minimize wait times
- Complete trips accurately using the in-app fare calculator
- Report vehicle maintenance issues and incidents promptly
- Adhere to all local traffic laws and GoRide's safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid U.S. driver's license with minimum 3 years of experience
- Smartphone with reliable data connection and GPS capability
- 4-door sedan in excellent condition (2010+ model year)
- Clear driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Pass comprehensive background and vehicle inspection
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and peak demand periods
- Basic English proficiency for rider communication
- Must own or have access to an eligible vehicle
