Responsibilities
- Safely transport passengers using personal vehicles through the FlexRide platform
- Maintain excellent vehicle cleanliness and maintenance standards
- Provide exceptional customer service and navigation support
- Complete trips efficiently while adhering to local traffic regulations
- Optimize earnings through strategic route planning during peak hours
- Submit trip documentation and vehicle inspection reports
- Participate in ongoing safety and service training programs
Qualifications
- Valid Colorado driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 3 years driving experience
- Smartphone with reliable data connection
- 4-door vehicle in excellent condition (2010 or newer)
- Proof of auto insurance meeting state requirements
- Pass background check and vehicle inspection
- Strong knowledge of Colorado Springs area
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
