Responsibilities
- Safely and timely delivery of packages, food, and retail goods within Pittsburgh city limits
- Provide exceptional customer service with friendly interactions at each delivery point
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and route optimization using our mobile app
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and cleanliness
- Communicate delivery status updates to customers and dispatch team
- Handle cash transactions and payment processing when required
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Reliable personal vehicle with valid insurance (commercial liability preferred)
- Smartphone with GPS capability and data plan
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout shift
- Punctual with strong time management skills
