Responsibilities
- Deliver packages and goods to residential/commercial addresses within Fort Worth using company vehicles
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and update tracking systems in real-time
- Provide exceptional customer service during interactions at delivery points
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient service
- Safely handle fragile or temperature-sensitive items per protocols
- Assist with warehouse duties when not on delivery routes
Qualifications
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year delivery or commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and operate in various weather conditions
- Strong navigation skills with familiarity with Fort Worth geography
- Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery tracking apps
- Background check and drug screening required
