Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial locations throughout Florida
- Maintain accurate delivery records using our mobile app for real-time tracking
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Provide exceptional customer service with friendly, professional interactions
- Optimize routes to ensure timely deliveries while adhering to traffic laws
- Assist with loading/unloading packages and organize inventory in delivery vehicles
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery issues proactively
Qualifications
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Reliable personal vehicle or ability to use company-provided vehicle
- Smartphone proficiency for our delivery tracking app
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Basic navigation knowledge of Florida roadways
