Responsibilities
- Safely transport packages and food deliveries using company vehicles
- Optimize routes using GPS navigation for timely arrivals
- Verify delivery accuracy and obtain customer signatures
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform pre/post-trip inspections
- Provide exceptional customer service during interactions
- Report delivery issues and coordinate with dispatch team
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 21 years old with valid US driver's license
- Clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Basic smartphone proficiency for app navigation
- Strong Austin area knowledge or quick learning ability
- Reliable transportation to/from shift location
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Flexible availability including weekends
