Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver food, packages, and essentials to customers across Raleigh
- Maintain excellent customer service during all interactions
- Use GPS technology for optimal route planning and timely deliveries
- Inspect and maintain delivery vehicle cleanliness and functionality
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety protocols
- Communicate delivery status updates via mobile app
- Assist with inventory management and order preparation as needed
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Smartphone proficiency with navigation apps
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Exceptional customer service orientation
- Reliable transportation to/from shift location
- Basic knowledge of Raleigh area preferred
