Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial locations using company vehicles
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and real-time GPS tracking through our mobile app
- Provide exceptional customer service during drop-offs and address delivery inquiries
- Inspect and maintain assigned vehicle (fuel, cleanliness, minor maintenance checks)
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and on-time performance
- Assist with warehouse operations when not actively delivering (loading/unloading)
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Driver's License with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience or equivalent delivery background
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Smartphone proficiency with reliable data plan for our delivery app
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Pass background check and drug screening (company-provided)
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
