Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (box trucks, straight trucks) within Philadelphia metro area
- Load/unload freight with proper material handling techniques
- Complete accurate delivery documentation and logbooks
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle compliance
- Maintain strict adherence to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Collaborate with dispatch team for route optimization
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of Philadelphia area streets and highways
- DOT medical card certification
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Availability for flexible shifts (evenings/weekends)
