Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (box trucks, flatbeds) within Milwaukee metro area
- Load/unload cargo with proper securing techniques and weight distribution
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and electronic logging system compliance
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and report vehicle maintenance needs
- Adapt to dynamic routes while maintaining on-time delivery schedules
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere strictly to FMCSA regulations and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate loading equipment
- Strong knowledge of Milwaukee area roadways and traffic patterns
- DOT medical certification current and in good standing
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Flexibility for early morning/weekend shifts
