Your Mission
As a Part-Time Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently to our clients in Miami and the surrounding Ohio region.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A or B) in accordance with all traffic laws and company policies.
- Load and unload cargo securely, ensuring proper weight distribution and safety protocols.
- Complete all necessary delivery and pick-up documentation accurately and on time.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the truck is in safe operating condition.
- Maintain a clean driving record and professional appearance at all times.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery times and any issues encountered.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required.
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable driving experience.
- Clean driving record (MVR) with no serious violations in the last 3 years.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
- Basic math skills for handling paperwork and change.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
