Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A/B) to transport freight within the Indianapolis metro area and surrounding regions
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations, safety protocols, and delivery schedules
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and basic vehicle maintenance checks
- Accurately document delivery logs, mileage reports, and incident reports
- Provide exceptional customer service during loading/unloading and delivery interactions
- Maintain clean driving record and compliance with all licensing requirements
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year verifiable commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate loading equipment
- Strong knowledge of Indianapolis metro area and Indiana highway systems
- Pass background check and drug screening (company policy)
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
